寒気の影響により降雪が続き、交差点の信号機や、街路灯なども雪で覆われ、夜間
照明にも悪影響を及ぼしそうです。急激に交通事情が悪化していることも考慮して
早めの対応や、雪害に対する準備が必要です。今朝の交通渋滞は異常事態でした。
