本日、レクリエーション退会が開催されました。
下肢筋力低下の防止・機能回復訓練・心身のリフレッシュのため、楽しみながら運動します！
優勝された方には、チャンピオンベルト贈呈！
笑顔あふれるレクリエーションとなりました。
来週には「南陽市荻ワラビ園」にワラビ取りに行きます♪
