採ってきたコシアブラをサッとゆでて、みじん切りにして炊き立てご飯に混ぜて、塩ゴマを降る・・こないだのウコギご飯に続いて今度はコシアブラご飯です・・おにぎりにしても良いです、山菜の風味がたまらないです
