我が家では、春から我が菜園のイチゴ、ラズベリー、杏子を使って、自家製ジャムが続きます、メイン果実と我が家のルバーブと１：１にして砂糖は0.4~0.5の比であとはポッカレモン少々入れて、20分から30分ほどで終了です。そして今年採れたブルーベリーで今年初ジャム、ついでに冷凍してとっていた、イチゴジャム作りました。あとブラックベリージャムがこのあと続きますね・・
