ご存知、奥田政行氏が手がける『アルケチァーノ』の姉妹店。
厳選した豆を使ったカフェ＆スイーツ、
ときどき焼きたてピザランチありの御店で、
朝焼きフォカッチャを切り売りしています。
今回は米粉入りのフォカッチャ。
軽くあたため直したら、もちもちぃぃぃ感がいっぱいでした。
御店はアルケチァーノのお隣。
同じ敷地内にあります。
